Investigation Application Process:

We Will Contact You After Receiving Your Application

 

  • Every investigation and consultation we conduct is customized for your specific needs.  After you submit your application, we will contact you to discuss the details and options we have available for you.

 

  • In order to begin the investigation process, you must submit an Investigation Application (Step 1) which details your needs, the type of investments you are making, and professionals involved.  You can let us know further details or make changes after we contact you.

 

  • If you are unsure about the type of investigation you need, or have further details to discuss, you should still submit the application to create your file and priority order, and our agents can discuss and make any changes when we contact you.

 

  • Investigations begin ONLY AFTER we have contacted you.  Payments are refundable before investigations begin, but are non-refundable AFTER starting AFTER we contact you.  Normally, investigations take approximately 30 to 90 days to complete.  You will be notified upon completion to review the results.

 

  • Submitting an application/payment does not guarantee we are able to perform the investigation requested.  If the request exceeds the scope of the FraudCheck investigation, or there are other special requirements needed to complete the investigation, this will be discussed during our contact with you, and you will be given options as to how to proceed.

*For your security, we do not capture or keep your Credit Card or payment information on our website or files.  All payments are handled and processed offline via mailed check or externally via Paypal for Credit Cards on their secure site.  At this time, all changes or renewals require your specific authorization.
